MEET THE TEAM 

Carla Miller 

Carla Miller is a leadership coach who works with women in management and leaderships roles to develop their careers and their confidence.

Carla is the best selling author of 'Closing the Influence Gap: A practical guide for women leaders who want to be heard' and host of the chart-topping Influence & Impact podcast. 

Hundreds of female leaders have taken part in her Influence & Impact programme from companies including GSK, BT, Channel 4, Muller and Deloitte, as well as national charities, the NHS and the Civil Service. She has run keynotes and in-house training for organisations including Atkins, JTI, Alzheimer’s Society, Kantar, Home Hero and Halma.

Carla’s own leadership experience includes raising £20 million for good causes and leading the fundraising at Samaritans and many other national charities; she was CEO of Tiny Tickers and then Managing Director of Charity People, a leading charity recruitment consultancy alongside founding her own coaching business.

Haseena Farid

Haseena Farid is a Professional Executive Coach (AOEC Accredited) with a background including two decades of experience in fundraising, leadership and building teams, specialising in the cultural, not-for-profit and creative sectors. She has worked with organisations including The British Museum, Royal Academy of Arts, Young Vic Theatre, The Royal Institution, and The Guardian News & Media.

A second generation British-Bangladeshi woman; Haseena is passionate about inclusive leadership and creating purposeful and impact-driven organisations, and is the Co-Founder of The Women of Colour Global Network, a membership network connecting professional women of colour to support their advancement.

Jennifer McCanna 

Jennifer McCanna is an ICF accredited leadership coach who helps leaders and managers boost their self-belief, practical skills and wellbeing so they can to create a successful and balanced work life.

 Jennifer designs and delivers 1-1 leadership coaching and management development programmes designed to help managers and leaders work through difficult work situations such as performance management, restructure or leading through a pandemic!

 She has studied neuroscience, emotional freedom technique (EFT) and is a qualified mental health first aider. Jennifer also worked as an in-house learning & development professional and as an fundraising events manager, managing busy, ambitious teams herself, before setting up her own business.
